To implement blockchain technologies in real estate services and transactions in the emirate, the Abu Dhabi Real Estate Centre (ADREC) announced the launch of a new initiative. This platform aims to simplify transaction registration procedures and increase market transparency. Quoting a center representative: "We aim to create a digital ecosystem that will become a global standard". Integration with government services for a full digital transaction cycle is planned in the near future.
